Junior Accounting

We’re looking for a

passionate and detail-oriented Junior Accounting

Understand and able to operate

Xero Accounting

Familiar with

Loyverse

(basic POS reports, stock, daily sales recap)

Strong knowledge of general accounting tasks:

Journal entries

AP/AR

Inventory controls

Petty cash management

Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheet)

Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized

Able to communicate in English (basic–intermediate)

Minimum 1 year experience in the same role (preferred)

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Input transactions into Xero

Verify bills, receipts, invoices, and payment records

Reconcile cash, stock, POS sales, and bank accounts

Support audits and monthly closing

Coordinate with operational teams regarding stock & expenses

Maintain accurate and tidy financial documentation
