Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day contact for all tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Conduct regular tenant check-ins and site visits to maintain positive relationships.
Manage tenant onboarding and move-in/move-out processes.
Log, track, and resolve tenant complaints and service requests promptly.
Coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, security, and other internal teams to address tenant needs.
Monitor service levels and follow up with tenants to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Min 3 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service, or hospitality.
Experience in commercial, retail, or residential property operations is an advantage.
