We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and lead the execution of marketing initiatives aligned to the APAC strategy, with a clear focus on driving lead generation, strengthening brand awareness and enhancing customer retention acrossSouth EastAsia. This role will deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content and events, including the planning and execution of trade shows, customer forums,webinarsand industry conferences. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketer with experience managing multi-channel campaigns, developing engaging content, coordinating events end-to-end and analysing performance to optimise results. Strong stakeholder management, clearcommunicationand the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple concurrent projects are essential. Key Responsibilities

Execute integrated regional marketing campaigns aligned to the APAC strategy, driving demand generation and customer retention acrossSouth EastAsia Lead end-to-end delivery of regional events, trade shows, webinars and conferences, includinglogistics, stakeholder coordination, communications, budgetmanagementand post-event reporting Develop andlocalisehigh-impact content across digital, email,webandwebinarchannels to support campaigns, productlaunchesand sales enablement Ensure all regional marketing activity adheres to global brand standards and messaging frameworks Manage regional marketing budgets,suppliersand merchandise,maintainingaccountability for spend and delivery within scope and timeline Monitor,analyseand report on campaign and event performance, driving continuousoptimisationand measurable ROI Travel domestically and internationally asrequiredand undertakeadditionalresponsibilities as directed About You

You are a commercially minded B2B marketer with experience delivering integrated campaigns and managing event programs in a technical or software-led environment. Exposure totheminingindustry is desirable. 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketingwithin a technical industry, ideally within technology or software Fluent inEnglishand Bahasa Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email,webinarand event channels Proven capability managing regional event calendars, tradeshowsand virtual events end-to-end Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot Experience using LinkedIn advertising and digital performance channels to drive lead generation Ability toanalysecampaign and event performance, extract audience insights andoptimiseROI Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,Communicationsor related discipline Next Steps
