Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual and Lighting Manager located in Bali, Indonesia. The manager will oversee all aspects of audiovisual and lighting operations, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment for events and venue requirements. They will collaborate with event teams to meet client needs, maintain equipment inventory, ensure proper usage, and stay updated on advancements in audio and lighting technology. The manager will also lead a team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating and maintaining audio and visual equipment, including lighting systems and soundboards. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks, train staff, and manage schedules effectively. Technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues on-site. Knowledge of safety protocols related to AV and lighting equipment and event management. Familiarity with live event production, staging experience, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with various teams and clients efficiently. Relevant certifications or training in audio, visual, or lighting systems are a plus. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is an advantage.
