Objectives of the program

Prepare candidates for managerial or leadership positions in the future.

Provide an in-depth understanding of the company's business.

Develop technical and leadership skills while helping trainees gain exposure to various departments through job rotations.

Qualifications

Full-time.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any major.

Strong Leadership and Teamwork.

Strong knowledge of the service industry.

Excellent proficiency in English (active and fluent), both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills.

Experience in leadership roles within organizations.

Willing to commit to a 2-year service bond.

Willing to be placed in all branches, both in Indonesia and possibly also abroad.

Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

Able to take initiative, work independently, be highly self‑motivated, work creatively, and pay attention to detail.

Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining integrity.
