WHAT YOU’LL DO

Facilitate tasks to align the business with a customer‑centric way of working.

Communicate and work seamlessly with Market Area, end customer, Global Logistics, and Product Line to acquire and assure accuracy of the demand forecast used as the base for planning Metso operations.

Work with Market Area sales and customer to build a consensus plan of orders and forecast.

Transfer customer demand forecast to Global Logistics and other Metso supply chain inputs through administration of the respective systems (SAP and workflows).

Request special planning parameters (SPP) based on Market area, customer, and Product Line information, utilizing special supporting tools for accurate estimate on required stock levels.

Monitor selected key accounts on performance for key performance metrics and utilize prioritized escalation to support channels.

Identify and act to mitigate potential deviations in baseline datasets, forecast, transactional data of customer and Global Logistics.

Find opportunities to educate business stakeholders (internal and external) in collaborative planning best practices and available Global Logistics support models that could be easily connected to increase value add and business with key accounts.

Actively participate in running Team meetings.

WHO YOU ARE

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Logistic, Inventory Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Management).

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills using data processing tools (e.g., Ms Excel).

Organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, positively contributing to the culture of the organization.

Strong communication, cooperation, interpersonal, and presentation skills and able to utilize reporting tools.

Articulate, engaging, and able to analyze situations, seek practical solutions to drive positive outcomes.

Previous SAP experience.

Preferable knowledge of Global Principle or Intercompany Model would be an advantage.
