Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s or OD certification is an advantage. Conduct job analysis and job evaluation to ensure role clarity, grading consistency, and alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain job design and job descriptions across Head Office, Distribution Center, and Store Operations. Support manpower planning and workforce forecasting aligned with productivity targets and budget. Perform organization chart analysis and structure optimization to improve span of control and efficiency. Ensure governance and documentation of organization structure changes and position control. Support OD strategies, organization effectiveness reviews, and transformation initiatives. Contribute to change management planning during structural or business transformation. Assist in competency frameworks, career pathways, and leadership development architecture. Enhance performance management frameworks, KPI alignment, and role effectiveness measurement. Manage OD project timelines, documentation, and coordination. Ensure compliance with AS Watson Group governance and OD best practices.
