Qualification

Minimum

Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

in any major (preferably Management, Engineering, or Business Administration).

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Strategic Management .

Able to identify

internal and external business issues

using analytical frameworks such as

SWOT

and

PESTEL .

Strong understanding of the

PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Action)

cycle and its application within corporate management systems.

Proficient in developing and cascading

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

and corporate targets to departmental levels.

Capable of drafting corporate governance documents such as

President Letters, Corporate Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .

Skilled in managing performance data, conducting

monthly to annual performance evaluations , and preparing comprehensive strategic reports.

Able to facilitate

cross-department strategic discussions

and build stakeholder commitment across functions.

Strong analytical capability to provide

data-driven recommendations

based on performance reviews.

Detail-oriented in documenting

Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

and managing corporate

Schedule of Events (SOE) .

Able to adapt corporate strategies in response to

dynamic business environments .

Proficient in

English communication , both written and verbal.
