Technical Support (Lubricant) Placement Kalimantan & Sulawesi

Repsol Indonesia - PLI, a joint venture between Repsol and United Global Limited, operates in the lubricant business in Indonesia. Manufacturing a range of lubricant brands for automotive and industrial segments, Repsol Indonesia - PLI distributes products in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Qualifications

Provide technical support on lubricant applications to the sales team and customers.

Analyze lubrication requirements based on machinery, operating conditions, and customer industry.

Recommend appropriate lubricant products to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.

Conduct technical site visits to customers for troubleshooting, machine inspection, and lubricant evaluation.

Handle technical complaints related to lubricant performance and propose effective solutions.

Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions to internal teams and customers.

Prepare technical visit reports, analysis results, and recommendations on a regular basis.

Support product trials, implementation, and performance evaluation at customer sites.

Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and Quality teams regarding technical requirements and product improvements.

Ensure lubricant applications comply with safety standards, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

Fluent English (both writing and speaking)

Bachelor’s Degree from chemical or mechanical engineering background

Min. 3 years of Technical experience in the lubricants industry

Willing to travel all over Indonesia.
