Job Description

Achieve individual sales targets and actively support the store in reaching overall sales goals.

Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent and professional customer service experience.

Ensure alignment between system and physical inventory; assist in regular stocktaking.

Provide product explanations and usage guidance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sell smartphones and AIoT-related products, offering personalized product bundle recommendations.

Use and maintain company assets properly; assist in keeping product displays and store cleanliness in good condition.

Qualifications

High school diploma or above.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience; familiarity with smartphones, home appliances, or FMCG industry is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Passion for electronic products with a willingness to continuously learn.

Proactive, cooperative, and a strong team player.
