ResponsibilitiesSupport daily incentive activities, including event and incentive trip administration.Manage and analyze incentive-related data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and basic formulas).Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and incentive data files.Coordinate with vendors for event and incentive-related operational needs.Provide simple design support (2D visuals or basic video/animation materials) when required.Manage Zoom operations, including meeting setup and technical support.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and related departments to ensure smooth execution of incentive programs. RequirementsFinal‑year student or fresh graduate in Accounting or FinanceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong data handling skills in Excel, including basic and standard formulasGood English proficiency for daily business communicationBasic design skills, with the ability to operate Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorDemonstrates a can‑do attitude and proactive mindsetHighly organized, with strong attention to detailWilling to work hybrid: WFO (3 days) and WFH (2 days), based in South JakartaAble to commit to a 6‑month internship period Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
