Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle EPM Technical Lead
responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions to help organizations manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will lead solution design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle EPM, to deliver scalable and efficient performance management solutions.
What you will do:
Solution Design & Advisory:
Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premise solutions (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service, Financial Consolidation and Close are mandatory, the rest of modules are optional).
Configure applications to meet business requirements for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop configuration workbooks, BRDs, and functional specifications for extensions and reports
Knowledge extension to ERP Finance module and how it integrates EPM to ERP would be more considerable.
Configuration & Testing
Configure Oracle EPM and validate setups against business requirements.
Prepare and execute test scripts for SIT/UAT; manage defect resolution.
Support data migration reconciliation, and cutover planning.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary functional contact for Finance stakeholders and IT teams.
Communicate complex financial processes and EPM capabilities to executive audiences.
Mentor junior consultants, provide guidance on best practices and review deliverables for quality assurance.
Integration & Reporting
Manage data loads, mappings, and validation processes.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for performance monitoring
Support financial close and consolidation processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
7–12+ years in working with Oracle EPM solutions and proven track record of completing at least minimum 5 full-cycle implementations.
Products:
Strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle EPM Cloud
(mandatory) or
Oracle EPM On- Premise . Has knowledge of Oracle ERP (Financial modules) is an added-value.
Deep knowledge of EPM modules, has experience in creating integration between EPM modules and/or ERP.
Experience with Smart View, Essbase, Business Rules, Groovy language and EPM Automate.
Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
Familiarity with integration tools and data management best practices
This role requires strong functional expertise, Excellent client-facing communication, leadership skills, problem-solving and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes.
Language:
English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency; other language is a plus.
Preferred:
Oracle EPM Cloud certification. Experience in industries such as
manufacturing, retail, or financial services . Familiarity with
Oracle Integration Cloud and BI tools
