Admin Technical & Service Center for IT Product

Admin Technical & Service Center for IT Product :
Who handles administration duties, focused on service center division.
Responsible with all aspects of After Sales Division task, service center, helping sales team, partner and end user about the product & solution.
Main Duties :
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, as well as via phone, email, and chat.
Coordinate and manage the
after-sales service process , ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Work closely with the
technical team
to troubleshoot and resolve product issues efficiently, ensure smooth service operations, consistent service standards, and timely updates on repair status.
Maintain
accurate and up-to-date records
of all service interactions, ensuring integrity of customer data.
Identify and implement
process improvements
to elevate the overall customer experience.
Prepare and deliver
regular reports
on key service metrics and customer feedback to the management team.
Assist in the
coordination of warranty claims , ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
Handle end-to-end service requests, from check-in to service completion and follow-up.
Cross-sell and up-sell services and products relevant to customer needs.
Requirements :
Having experience minimum 2 years in admin service center.
Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (passive).
Computer skill is a must : Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT), Ms. Outlook, Internet, etc.
Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area ( Head Office ) and ready to visit customer or principle for handle service, presentation and reporting.
