PLANT MAINTENANCE PLANNER SENIOR OFFICER

Responsible to supervise the mechanical and electrical maintenance plans in all mills to ensure implementation runs safely, on time, and professionally. Responsible to create a maintenance schedule for heavy machinery units. Responsible to analyze needs and monitoring the availability of spare parts in the mills. Verify spare part purchase requests from mills to ensure they meet the required specifications. Verify the quality, timeliness, and delivery of spare parts from Procurement. Preparing reports on the implementation of maintenance programs across all mills and monitoring maintenance costs. Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. At least 5 (five) years of work experience as a Maintenance Planner. Strong knowledge in Maintenance Management. Proficiency in Condition Monitoring Processes for factory maintenance and repair. In good physical and mental health.
