We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Senior Product Manager who’s passionate about delivering world‑class user experiences. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of forwarder‑focused products that help our customers win more shipments — and shape the future of our platform as we scale.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing Series B startup, backed by Index Ventures and Bessemer, at the forefront of digitising a $123bn global industry.

What you’ll do:

Own the roadmap for a core set of forwarder‑facing applications

Deeply understand user needs by engaging directly with customers

Define key metrics and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and support

Drive adoption and ACV growth through great product decisions

Ship features that make a real impact — across both enterprise and SMB customers

What we’re looking for:

6+ years of product management experience, ideally at late Series A to Series C startups

Proven experience leading product strategy or owning a portfolio

Strong communication and writing skills; comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders

Technically curious and product‑oriented

Experienced in managing backlogs, defining metrics, and delivering measurable outcomes

A strong individual contributor who wants to stay close to the work
