Lean Specialist

Main Task

Assessing current processes, taking measurements, and analyzing data to guide improvements in production area.

Analyzing time and cost of improvement processes.

Developing, configuring improvement processes to be implemented with related department.

Preparing standardization of improvement processes.

Monitoring improvement results.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

Able to analyze proses and material costs.

Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.

Have strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve process issues.

Have knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Fluent in English
