Job Description
Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and activation planning across demand generation, brand communication, performance marketing, and partnership initiatives.
Drive lead generation performance across the full funnel (leads → prospect → deal) in close collaboration with Commercial teams to ensure revenue impact.
Design and implement market research programs, including proposal development, field research, and insight synthesis to inform strategic decisions.
Translate research insights and market intelligence into actionable marketing strategies, communication frameworks, and campaign execution.
Manage strategic partnerships and associations to expand market reach, co‑creation opportunities, and ecosystem value.
Plan and oversee marketing activations, including company visits, community engagement, and integrated campaigns aligned with quarterly objectives.
Oversee brand and content performance across owned channels, including social media growth and audience engagement, ensuring relevance and consistency.
Monitor marketing performance, analyze data and insights, and deliver structured executive-level marketing reports for management and CEO review.
Lead, coach, and align marketing teams to ensure KPI achievement, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous capability development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum
5–10 years of experience
in marketing, with at least
3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role .
Proven experience managing
end-to-end marketing strategy and execution , including demand generation, brand, activation, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of
lead management, sales funnel, and marketing contribution to revenue , preferably in B2B or complex sales environments.
Demonstrated capability in
market research, data analysis, and insight-driven decision making .
Experience working closely with
Commercial, Sales, and C-level stakeholders , including reporting and strategic presentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Digital marketing, analytics, or project management certifications (Google, Meta, PMP/PRINCE2, or equivalent) are preferred.
