Responsibilities

Lead a team of product development designers that work closely with corporate design from ideation stages.

Catalyst for finding equilibrium between design and manufacturing.

Support transition from design ideation to manufacturing with a thorough product development process, collaborating with related functions.

Support company goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Foster employee development.

Qualifications

A minimum Diploma in Fashion Design.

A minimum of two years of managerial level experience in fashion design.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software such as Freeform, Rhinos or Blender.

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership experience.
