Qualifications

Fluent in English (listen, speak, read, write).

Fluent in Mandarin (point plus).

Bachelor's degree in IT, Telco, Management or related field.

3+ years experience in Telco industry, working with large high-profile accounts.

“Hunter” mentality and outstanding ability to close sales.

Excellent experience with business quotation, contract negotiation.

Proven record and strong capability to generate leads, pursue opportunities, and sell.

Strong in consultative and insight-based selling.

Understanding basics of Telco industry business solutions (CRM, Charging, Billing, OSS, CLOUD) or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop sales plans based on industry trading and customer analysis.

Understand customers' needs and provide software and service solutions.

Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution-based sales opportunities.

Competition analysis, business opportunity analysis, business quotation, negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.
