Business & Sales Associate Manager

Drive the achievement of business targets for assigned principals through effective planning, team organization, and execution of sales & marketing strategies. Develop and implement action plans to ensure business objectives are achieved in line with company targets. Monitor and evaluate sales & marketing activities to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support strategic decision‑making. Collaborate closely with internal teams and principal representatives to ensure alignment of business strategies and objectives. Ensure the effective execution of business strategies to support sustainable business growth and principal satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (as a product specialist), business, or product management is required, preferably with experience in handling anaesthesia and surgical products. Experience in leading and managing a team, including setting targets, coordinating activities, and monitoring team performance.
