Requirements For Success
Minimum 1 Year E-commerce Customer Service/Support Experience (via chat/email is highly preferred).
Strong Persuasion Skills and a verifiable track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
Experience using tools like Shopify or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
