About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and assertive HR Generalist (stay in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali, especially at Tegallalang)
who can manage end-to-end HR operations while maintaining strong governance and discipline across the organization. This role requires someone who is operationally strong, detail-oriented, and confident in enforcing company policies.
The ideal candidate understands both the strategic and administrative sides of HR and is comfortable acting as a firm yet fair representative of management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: develop job descriptions, post vacancies, source and screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, manage offers and salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain employee database and personnel files, prepare HR documents (contracts, warning letters, confirmations), monitor attendance and leave, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing including salary, overtime, incentives, BPJS, and PPh 21. Administer employee benefits and handle payroll-related inquiries.
Identify training needs, support performance appraisal processes, drive engagement initiatives, and assist in career development planning.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, draft and review employment contracts, and manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and termination processes in accordance with legal procedures.
Enforce company policies and code of conduct, handle conflicts professionally, and maintain a structured and disciplined workplace environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Administrative, HR Operations or similar role
Prior experience in Hotel or Hospitality industry is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
Experienced in handling payroll and HRIS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Assertive, firm, and confident in enforcing policies
High integrity and attention to detail
