Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jakarta. The Sales Specialist will oversee and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close sales deals. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting training sessions for clients, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Experience in delivering Training and product demonstrations to clients

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in laboratory or scientific solutions industry is an advantage

Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with an ability to work effectively in a team setting
