Responsibilities

Source and purchase parts/services as required by the company

Obtain quotations for project costing facilitation

Issue purchase orders to vendors/suppliers/sub‑contractors and follow up on delivery

Coordinate scheduled stock control activities

Maintain all purchasing records

Control the source of supplies and manage costs

Manage, control, and evaluate vendor/supplier/sub‑contractor performance

Communicate with other departments to resolve issues

Initiate clearance of excess parts to support other projects

Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct

Report quality problems or defects to managers or senior management for corrective action and prevention of recurrence

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

Minimum diploma

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing PCBA company

Prior experience in the purchasing department in the same industry required

Strong understanding of market conditions and trends

Working knowledge of negotiation techniques in the industry

Exceptional interpersonal and social skills to build rapport

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great team player

Flexible to travel and work long hours as necessary
