EV Technical Engineer

VKTR (read: vector) aims to be Indonesia's leading EV (Electric Vehicle) Technology company and EV OEM. Targeting commercial vehicles through the mastery in manufacturing of battery module, packaging, and assembly.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support through drafting and documentation.

Assisting in conducting research, data analyzing, and performing calculations.

Contribute to product design development on concepts and components (2D & 3D) and participate in design reviews with CAD Software.

Support troubleshooting and problem‑solving activities. Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans. Collect and analyze test data.

Identify and resolve technical issues during design and production (troubleshooting). Implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Support project planning and execution according to schedule and budget.

Prepare timely and accurate technical reports.

Provide technical support service to customer, including but not limited to troubleshooting, repair guidance, solution provision, and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.

Solid understanding of vehicle electronics, basic circuit theory, and common components.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Academic project experience or strong interest in EV systems (e.g., BMS, motor control, charging).

Good knowledge of CAN Bus communication principles is required.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.

Able to produce clear and accurate technical reports.

Familiarity with basic diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope) is a plus.

Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently or in teams.

Proficient in CAD software.

Good leadership skills.

Willing to be placed in Magelang.
