POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a commercially disciplined and negotiation-driven
Senior International Sales Executive
to manage and expand our global seafood export accounts.
This role is responsible for:
Developing and managing international buyer relationships
Negotiating contracts within defined pricing and margin frameworks
Ensuring margin protection and disciplined commercial execution
Supporting sustainable and profitable growth in global markets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. International Sales & Account Management
Manage existing international buyers
Develop new export accounts aligned with strategic product focus
Conduct price negotiations within approved margin guidelines
Handle inquiries, quotations, and contract discussions
B. Commercial Discipline & Margin Protection
Ensure all deals comply with minimum margin requirements
Avoid unauthorized concessions (price, payment terms)
Protect company pricing integrity in competitive situations
C. Contract & Payment Oversight
Negotiate payment terms aligned with company risk policy
Follow up on payment collection and shipment schedules
Coordinate with finance team for LC, TT, and export documentation requirements
D. Market Intelligence
Monitor international seafood pricing trends
Track competitor positioning
Provide structured monthly commercial report
E. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams
Align buyer requirements with factory capability
Ensure smooth execution from contract to shipment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Required:
Minimum 5–8 years experience in international export sales
Experience negotiating with overseas buyers
Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, LC terms
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience handling claims and contract disputes
Preferred:
Experience in seafood or commodity trading
Proven ability to negotiate under margin constraints
