Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality.
At least 1 year experience at similar position
Organized, highly motivated, energic, loyal and good personality.
Effective communication skills
Able to communicate in English written and verbal.
The ability to transform HR administrative functions into an opportunity to drive employee's engagement, productivity, and business value.
The ability to design and implement training programs.
Manage and lead training team.
