Sr. Sales Executive/Asst. Manager Sales – Pumps, Valves & Insrumentation

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Sales professional to drive the sales growth in the relevant domain. The applicant should have proven track record of working in target oriented sales for different sectors and should have good customer base. The incumbent should also be able to drive the business growth adding new customers in the business chain every month. The applicant should have thorough technical knowledge of the relevant products and should be able to achieve sales targets within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities specially Valves and Pumps market. Candidate having good client base in Mining, Oil & Gas, Paper and Textile industry, OEM etc. will be preferred

Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and systems, providing detailed technical consultations and demonstrations.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product capabilities and benefits.

Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer specifications are met.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Prepare sales quotations, bids, and contracts in alignment with company policies.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial/ Mechatronics / other relevant field

Experience: Minimum 3 – 7 Years in relevant field

About Us: The requirement is for PT. Inovasi Teknik Asia, a PMA company (Foreign investment company, newly incorporated and domiciled in Jakarta Pusat) which being engaged in sales of

a) Pumps (water pumps/ slurry pumps/ vacuum pumps etc.) and Valves (all types including special purpose)

b) Bulk Material Handling, Mining and Mineral Processing equipment e.g. Belt Conveyor accessories, Vibrating Screens, Centrifuges, Cyclones, 2-roll / 4-roll Crushers / Sizers, Conveyor belts and accessories and spare parts,

c) HVAC, Bag filter, Air-conditioning, Chiller, cooling towers

d) General and special purpose instruments for flow, pressure, temperature, level measuring applications, Conveyor instrumentations, Online Analyzers, PLC Systems etc.

e) Medical and Diagnostic appliances and consumables
