Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of relationship managers responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-cap clients Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to drive business growth and deepen client relationships Oversee the team's performance and ensure they deliver exceptional client service and achieve their business targets Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings to clients Collaborate with other business units and support functions to ensure seamless client experience and efficient operations Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall strategy for the mid-cap segment Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes employee engagement and development

Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of relationship managers Strong understanding of the mid-cap market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive business growth Proficient in using relevant financial analysis and reporting tools Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
