Job Description
TRAIN Edu is looking for a Sales Executive to grow our presence in the Surakarta area. This role focuses on both B2C student recruitment and B2B sales to schools, institutions, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Handle B2C sales by consulting students and parents and converting leads into enrollments.
Develop B2B opportunities with schools, education agents, communities, and institutions.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organizations, and strategic partners in the Surakarta area.
Conduct offline sales activities such as school visits, education fairs, seminars, and events.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Comfortable handling both individual (B2C) and corporate (B2B) clients.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel for sales and partnership activities.
