What You Will Do:
Manage employee data (database, employment contracts, and personal documents).
Ensure the accuracy and updates of employee data in the HRIS system.
Prepare and process administrative documents related to onboarding, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Administer employee benefits, such as BPJS, insurance, leave, and allowances.
Prepare regular reports on attendance, turnover, payroll, and other KPIs.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS systems.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with employees and related teams.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
