Accounting and Tax Service Presales Consultant

Accounting and Tax Service Presales Consultant Our sister company, Permitindo, is currently looking for a Presales Consultant for our Accounting & Tax Services. You'll be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll also present, explain, and propose consulting solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries on time, update our CRM system, monitor prospect feedback, and assist in conversion;

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate their requirements with the executing team;

Present, explain, and propose consulting solutions tailored to client needs by liaising and coordinating with the manager;

Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and service presentations in coordination with internal teams;

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client databases, and activity reports;

Collaborate closely with tax, finance, and payroll teams to ensure service accuracy and client satisfaction;

Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and business forums.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting & tax service companies, involved in the pre‑sale activities;

Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to sell consulting or professional services;

Full fluency in English (mandatory);

Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
