Global Expansion Assistant

Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding educational institution offering online and offline programming courses for students aged 5-18 across Asia and MENA, including Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more. Now we are currently looking for a dedicated Global Expansion Assistant to play a key role in researching new countries, running market testing, generating strategic partnerships, and supporting the launch of new Timedoor Academy branches around the world.

Responsibilities Conduct market research and assist in identifying high-potential markets worldwide or within targeted countries. Support the team in design, run, and analyze online market testing activities to validate market demand and opportunities. Find and reach out to potential strategic partners in new markets. Track outcomes of each expansion phase, provide insights, and recommend agile strategy improvements. Be prepared to travel internationally for up to 3 months to help set up and launch new country operations. Monitor deadlines, verify data accuracy across branches and systems, and report to team leader. Record action points from meetings and ensure tasks are completed

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or International Relations (preferred) Must be able to communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written Excellent communication, marketing, and negotiation skills Strong Customer Orientation Fresh graduate are open to apply Available to Join Immediately
