Operation Supervisor - Shipping Agency

Plan and monitor vessel call targets and ensure effective execution strategies. Supervise vessel operations and ensure timely and accurate documentation (SOD, SOA). Monitor revenue performance and implement cost-efficient practices. Maintain relationships with principals, local agents, and government authorities. Develop business opportunities and collect market intelligence. Ensure smooth daily operations and handle customer/principal communications. Negotiate agency fees, approve operational costs, and manage cash flow related to vessel activities. Proactively inform principals about port conditions, new regulations, and cost estimations. Handle customer complaints and ensure service quality improvement. Supervise team members and provide operational solutions. Conduct regular meetings and visits to principals and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration. Requirement:

Graduate from Maritime Academy or equivalent. Having experiences in similar position in Shipping Company. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia after completion the training in Jakarta Fluent in English both oral and written. Have an interest in marketing. Detail and well organize. Good working attitude, team work, discipline, honest and trustworthy Good interpersonal relationship and initiative Willing to be assigned to other locations depending on business needs.
