Role Summary and Impact
The Director, People Operations & Rewards plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and Compensation & Benefits across Indonesia. This role drives operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency while supporting business leaders and employees.
Responsibilities
Ensure seamless HR service delivery, aligning with Indonesiaโs labor laws and global policies.
Lead payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance audits.
Identify gaps in HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with country leaders to address operational challenges and standardize HR workflows.
Act as an employee advocate, ensuring fair and transparent HR practices.
Act as the key contact for global HR system rollouts, ensuring adoption in Indonesia.
Leverage HR analytics to monitor efficiency, compliance, and workforce trends.
Work closely with global HR teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align HR service delivery.
Oversee performance management, goal setting, and career development initiatives.
Manage early talent development and employee learning programs.
Ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
Maintain compliance with Indonesiaโs regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience, with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and business partnering.
Proven ability to lead HR functions and implement process improvements.
Strong project management skills with a knack for driving change.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesiaโs employment laws and government directives.
Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities.
Proficiency in people analytics and reporting for informed decision-making.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fastโpaced, matrixed environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
