Senior Offline Channel Sales About Us We are a cosmetics brand management company in Indonesia. We’re looking for a Senior Offline Channel Sales to drive our offline retail strategy and build strong partnerships with key beauty retailers across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute offline channel sales strategy for cosmetics brands

Identify, negotiate, and onboard new retail partners: Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, department stores, pharmacies, and other beauty retailers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for offline channels

Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and shelf space allocation

Expand distribution network across Indonesia

Serve as primary contact for retail partners

Coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, and marketing campaigns

Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability

Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and payment collection

Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Prepare sales reports and business reviews

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in beauty/cosmetics industry

Established relationships with key beauty retailers: Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, department stores, pharmacies

Successful track record of achieving sales targets

Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills

Deep understanding of Indonesia’s beauty retail landscape

Excellent relationship management and communication abilities

Data‑driven decision making and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
