Overview

You will play a key role in delivering Banking and Financial Services group-wide talent and performance management initiatives, to enhance performance, employee experience and organisational effectiveness. Reporting to and partnering with the Talent and Organisational Development Lead, you will take ownership of independently managing the delivery of the annual performance and talent cycle; including the communication, change management, capability-building initiatives, and data governance. Talent initiatives include the annual performance and reward, promotion, objective setting and development processes; succession planning and employee listening survey. Empowered to drive efficiency, you will identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

You will lead analysis and develop insights to support the business to make informed decisions on their talent, whilst contributing to a range of organisational development initiatives, including DEI, recognition, succession planning, employee engagement, and organisational design. Collaboration

As part of this role, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Senior People & Culture Partner to Wealth and Business Banking to support HR advisory and day-to-day tactical delivery of divisional people initiatives.
