Overview
The Operations Excellence Business Partner (OEBP) acts as a strategic partner between the Holding Operations Excellence team and the assigned Business Unit (BU). The role ensures alignment of Holding-wide initiatives, processes, and KPIs, while also supporting BU leaders to monitor and achieve their operational goals. The OEBP drives standardization, efficiency, and process improvements across functions and ensures that best practices are consistently applied throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Act as strategic partner between the Holding Operations Excellence team and the assigned Business Unit (BU) to align initiatives, processes, and KPIs.
Support BU leaders in monitoring and achieving operational goals.
Drive standardization, efficiency, and process improvements across functions.
Ensure best practices are consistently applied throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations excellence, business process improvement, management consulting, or related roles.
Experience in manpower outsourcing, BPO, or staffing industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, operational metrics, and performance management.
Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL/BI tools preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 9001/27001 standards and process governance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
