Social Media Content Moderator (3 Months Contract - Bali Based)
Adecco Indonesia is supporting a reputable company in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. This sector specializes in managing specific business tasks such as customer service and content moderation for various clients, including reviewing digital content to ensure quality and compliance. We are currently hiring Content Moderators.
Work Location:
Full WFO at Bali office
Contract:
Initial 3 months, renewable based on performance (3, 6, or 12 months)
Shifts:
Morning (08:00โ17:00)
Afternoon (14:00โ23:00)
Night (23:00โ08:00)
5 working days/week including weekends with rotating shifts every 4โ5 weeks.
Example: If working WednesdayโSunday, off Monday & Tuesday
Must be willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent in any major (fresh graduates welcome)
Good English skills: speaking, writing, listening, reading
Able to focus on sensitive and harmful content
Strong logical thinking and time management skills
Team player, willing to work in shifts
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Facilities: billiard, table tennis, PlayStation, breakout room, sleeping quarters.
Paid leave and various allowances (overtime, public holiday, festive).
Note: The role is available at Adecco Indonesiaโs Bali office.
