PPIC Section Head (Printing)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. A master's degree can be an advantage.

3-5 years of experience in PPIC or production planning, with prior supervisory or managerial roles.

Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Ability to analyze data for decision‑making and problem‑solving.

Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and effective communication.

Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.

Ability to adapt to changes and manage a dynamic work environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Accuracy of production planning that is effective, efficient, and aligned with orders.

Accuracy in the flow of incoming and outgoing materials (Raw Material & Packaging Material).

Accuracy in the process of analyzing potential hazards and risks for optimal operations.

Accuracy in the process of performance assessment and human resource development in accordance with the organization's needs.

Accuracy in analyzing the results of budget plan identification and budget realization.

Accuracy of the criteria for problem‑solving that occurs in the department.

Accuracy in the implementation of company policy programs in accordance with established standards.
