Design Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure timely submission and approval of all engineering deliverables in alignment with project timeline.

Lead design reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and related requisitions.

Coordinate with construction team to address engineering issues and find the most favorable solution.

Manage design issues or changes through technical queries with supervision consultant efficiently.

Conduct regular interface coordination meetings with M&E team to ensure the design intent.

Manage the engineering staff and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Having 5 years or more experience as Design/Engineering Manager.

Professional Design/Engineer or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000 or any similar design software.

Familiar with local regulatory codes and standards.

Excellent coordination, problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
