is responsible for ensuring customer queries are promptly and satisfactorily attended to, ensure that all orders are processed and track for timely fulfillment, performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. The duties and responsibilities for the

Customer & Sales Support Executive

is described below: Attend to customers inquiries, order placement, order status tracking, fulfilment, and completion of administrative matters like invoices, payment link creation. Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise closely with internal functions like operations, sales, finance etc to answer customers queries and order fulfilment. Managing customer accounts, compiling monthly usages/orders statements, giving instructions to finance for invoicing and payment matters. Following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems. Performing usage stimulation and sending of EDMs to customer base/list. Providing sales support with materials requested by customers, like sample reports, brochures, registration forms, and help with queries on the online portals and offline services. Support customer set up for online portal access like Account creation, order creation, Performing data entry tasks for CRM, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible customer document folder and sales materials shared folder.
