Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms (Search, Display, Social, Video).
Develop media plans, including audience segmentation, keyword research, budget allocation, and ad placement.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Project & Client Management
Work with project managers or take the lead in managing client projects, ensuring smooth execution and communication.
Attend and lead client meetings—from weekly updates to performance reviews and business strategy discussions.
Translate client goals into marketing actions and provide insights to improve performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve key metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights that align with business objectives.
Work closely with clients to refine marketing strategies based on data‑driven results.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Provide creative direction and insights to help clients develop effective, high‑converting ad assets.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to improve ad performance.
What you bring to the table
2‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
Detail‑oriented with technical configurations and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (bonus if you have experience presenting to clients).
Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting and campaign planning.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
Tech‑savvy & AI‑curious—always exploring digital marketing innovations and tools to improve work efficiency.
Bonus skills
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and event tracking setups.
Google & Facebook Ads certifications (if you have them, let us know!).
