Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist Role Description

This position focuses on expert-level e-commerce management integrated with digital marketing strategy execution to manage multiple brands.

Primary Responsibilities

Execute marketplace advertising and promotional programs.

Optimize storefront interface and organic search performance.

Analyze sales data and store performance metrics regularly.

Collaborate with enablers to oversee end-to-end store operations.

Develop performance reports and evaluations for e-commerce channels.

Digital Marketing (Entry Level)

Configure and deploy digital marketing program and ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Review and optimize creative assets for active digital campaigns.

Generate performance reports and evaluations for digital advertising.

Manage monthly administrative tasks related to digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Marketing Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years managing e-commerce accounts with a documented track record of increasing GMV and ROAS efficiency (experience in Consumer Goods/Pharmaceuticals, Marketplace Platform, E-commerce Enablers, or Agencies preferred).

E-Commerce:

Mastery of advanced marketplace promotional tools and consumer behavior analysis.

Digital Ads:

Proficient in setting up digital advertising, specifically on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.

Marketing:

Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles (Marketing Mix, Funnels, STP etc.).

Design Tools:

Basic skills in video editing and graphic design.

Soft Skills

Analytical ability to transform raw data from ad dashboards and marketplaces into structured reports and actionable strategies.

Ability to deliver precise results under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Organized, meticulous, and structured work approach.

Proactive initiative in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
