Job Description
Lead, plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client.
Lead the Project Management team, including but not limited to Associate Project Manager, Interface Manager, Project Coordinator, QA team, Project Engineers, and Engineering disciplines.
Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
Possess knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in thehydrocarbon industry including Refineries, Petrochemicals, LNG, etc.,
Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager for large/medium-sized projects.
Job role has budgetary accountabilities.
Manages internal and external project interfaces.
Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress.
Support the Management of Change process on the project, including development of discrete schedules and budgets.
Support identification and management of risk on the project, including development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk.
Support Operations Manager for Operations and Corporate functions
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 22 years' experience, with an average experience of 25+ years
Experience with Oil & Gas engineering companies doingRefineries, Petrochemicals,LNG projects
Experience in coordinating and serving as the focal point forprocurement, including but not limited to bid clarification meetings, procurement status reviews, kick-off meeting and liaison withpackage Engineers and client Engineers
Knowledge of multi-discipline execution ofhydrocarbonprojects
Knowledge of 3D CAD and other engineering and design tools, including Intelligent PIDs, SPI, SPE, and Navisworks
Possesses knowledge of the respective industries, including onshore, offshore, LNG, refinery, etc.
Knowledge of digital delivery of projects is preferred
Experience and knowledge of procurement,site construction,topsides/module fabrication is preferred
