Sales Manager - Boiler & Instrumentation

Multinational Instrumentation & Engineering Company seeks a dynamic leader to oversee operational excellence and drive growth.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations and management of the team.

Take ownership for the formulation and direction of the division's growth strategy and implementation of projects and plans.

Effectively manage the division’s P&L ensuring profitable performance, meeting key performance targets, sales targets and agreed KPIs.

Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.

Gather and analyze market intelligence from various sources.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.

Ensure product quality control through regular inspections.

Collaborate with the admin team to track shipments and resolve payment delays.

Identify and engage with new customers, negotiating and securing deals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field (highly preferred).

Highly fluent in English.

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, industrial chemical, F&B, and pharmaceutical sectors.

Previous experience handling Boiler, Instrumentation, Industrial Ventilation/HVAC (highly preferred).

Solid working experience in a technical sales environment with extensive supervision experience.

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and effective at cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken & written English.
