Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs for Indonesian Market and understanding of the Job De ion and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms;
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation;
Monitor Human Resource Information data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team's manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;
Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company policies;
Involve in addressing implementations: HR and admin concerning compliances, documentations, policies and procedures;
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience;
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies;
Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by immediate head and/or any changes in the role due to organizational structuring realignment effected from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Preferably with experience hiring for marketing roles like SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing etc)
Preferably with ready WFH equipment and good internet connection
Preferably can communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
