DOO you have what it takes?

Perform

month-end and year-end closing , ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Prepare and review

journal entries , accruals, and adjustments. Conduct

intercompany reconciliations

and ensure proper settlement across entities. Maintain

balance sheet substantiations and supporting schedules . Handle

fixed asset accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. Ensure compliance with

group accounting policies

and internal control standards. Review

accounts payable and accounts receivable

postings for accuracy and completeness. Assist in the

monthly cashflow OPEX budget

review and forecast updates. Prepare and file

monthly tax reports

(e.g., VAT/GST) and support compliance requirements. Support preparation of reports for

local statutory and regulatory authorities . Manage

bank-related administrative matters

including maintenance and authorized signatory updates. Liaise with outsourced accounting providers and conduct

first-level review

of their deliverables. Support

internal and external audit

processes with necessary documentation and analysis. Identify and drive

process improvements

within the R2R function.

Requirements:

Chinese-speaking , as the majority of CFD invoices are in Mandarin Graduated from a

Top 10 university in Indonesia At least 2 years of working experience

in a

Big 4 or Top 10 audit firm

will be an added advantage Strong

fundamentals in accounting

are required
