Overview
Lead beverage operations across multiple outlets with distinct identities
Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic programs
Ensure consistent quality, service standards, and brand presentation
Recruit, train, and manage bar managers, bartenders, and baristas
Control beverage costs, inventory, pricing, and profitability in accordance with company standards
Work closely with suppliers and brand partners
Support events, tastings, activations, and VIP experiences
Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and responsible service standards
Requirements
5+ yearsโ experience in bar or beverage operations
Proven experience in a managerial or multi-outlet role
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, Sake, premium spirits (especially whiskey), Beers and coffee
Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of modern cocktails trends and techniques
Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially minded
