Accounting Manager

Lead and manage the overall accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee closing process and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS). Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy. Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and financial reporting. Solid understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance. Experience handling audits (internal and external). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar). Good leadership and team management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
